Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of equipment from Re-Wired LLC (“Re-Wired,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an offer or placing an order, you (“the buyer”) agree to these terms.

1. Products

Re-Wired is a wholesale supplier and exporter of used and refurbished IT equipment, including laptops, tablets, desktops, all-in-one computers, servers, networking equipment, and components. We sell within the United States and export worldwide. All equipment is used or refurbished, and is tested and graded prior to sale. Re-Wired operates in accordance with R2v3 standards.

2. Lots and Offers

Equipment is sold in lots. Each lot is offered as a complete list and is sold in full. Buyers may not select individual items from a lot. To order, browse our product categories, download the lot list for the items you want, and submit your offer using the Make an Offer button for that lot. We will review your offer and respond. There is no minimum order.

3. Acceptance and Pricing

All sales proceed by offer. Submitting an offer does not create a binding sale. A sale is formed only once Re-Wired accepts your offer and confirms the order. Availability is subject to change, and lots are subject to prior sale.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted only by bank wire transfer. Full payment (100%) must be received and cleared before any equipment is shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Re-Wired arranges shipping for all orders.

Buyers in the United Arab Emirates: goods are delivered to Re-Wired's address in Sharjah, and the buyer collects them from that location.

Buyers in all other countries: Re-Wired’s responsibility extends only to the point at which the goods are shipped. After that point, the buyer is responsible for releasing the goods from the destination port or airport and for managing final delivery, including any duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related charges.

6. Import Compliance

For international orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the laws of their country permit the import of used and refurbished electronic equipment before placing an order, and to ensure the order complies with all applicable import laws and regulations.

7. Condition, Returns, and Warranty

All equipment is sold as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Re-Wired does not accept returns. Equipment is tested and graded before sale, and each lot list describes the condition and grade of the items offered.

Re-Wired LLC ("Re-Wired," "we," "us," or "our") is a wholesale supplier and exporter of used and refurbished IT equipment. Re-Wired is not an R2v3 certified company, but we adhere to R2v3 standards as part of the circular economy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an offer through our Make an Offer form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the offer amount and lot details you submit. If you sign up for our email updates, we collect your email address. We may also automatically collect standard technical and usage information when you visit the site, such as browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to review and respond to your offers and process orders; to arrange shipping and communicate with you about your order; to send product and lot updates if you have signed up to receive them; and to operate, maintain, and improve our website.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our business and website, such as shipping and logistics providers, our website platform, and our email service provider, and where required by law.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which may use cookies and collect basic analytics data to keep the site working and help us understand how visitors use it. Our Make an Offer form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse, which is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.

5. Data Retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your offers, fulfill orders, and meet our business and legal obligations.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from our email updates at any time using the link in our emails. Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. To make a request or ask a question, contact us at main@rewiredelec.com.

7. International Visitors

Re-Wired is based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
